French Toast Roll-Ups
This French toast recipe is deliciously sweet and savory, stuffed, and rolled-up.

Ingredients
- 3 slices of white bread or wheat
- 3 tbsp cream cheese
- 6 strawberries chopped
- 2 egg whisked
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
Instructions

Slice the crusts off the breads and roll flat with a rolling pin.

Spread the cream cheese evenly over one side of the flattened breads.

Add the chopped strawberries on top and roll the flattened breads up, keeping the cream cheese and strawberries inside.

Dip the rolled breads into the whisked eggs making sure to coat the entire thing.

Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat and cook the french toast roll-ups until nice and golden brown on all sides.

Coat the roll-ups in the cinnamon sugar and enjoy.
