Sweet and Sour
A classic drink with a hint of citrus.

Ingredients
- 4 oz Bourbon
- 2 oz lemon juice
- 2 oz simple syrup
- Peychauds Bitters
- 2 oz red wine
Instructions

In a shaker, add ice, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, Peychauds bitters and shake.

Strain into glass and slowly top with the red wine via the sides to create two layers. Garnish with lemon peel.
