Wow the Crowd with a Tangy Hot Crab Dip

Hot Crab Dip

No party is complete without a special dip. Make yours this tangy and spicy crab dip!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 lb fresh crabmeat drained and picked
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • crackers or toasted French bread rounds

Instructions

  1. Combine everything but the crab meat and cheddar in a bowl and stir until blended. Fold in the crab meat.

  2. Spoon the mixture into an 11- x 7-inch baking dish and sprinkle it evenly with Cheddar.

  3. Bake the dish at 350° for 35 minutes or until it becomes bubbly. Garnish with parsley if you like. Serve immediately with crackers or toasted French bread rounds.
