Pumpkin Hummus

As Fall comes around the corner, we see more things pumpkin. Now you can enjoy your hummus with, you guessed it, pumpkin!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 chipotle peppers
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place the chickpeas, pumpkin puree, chipotle peppers, tahini, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, paprika, and salt in a food processor.

  2. As you blend the ingredients together, slowly drizzle in the olive oil to make an even emulsion.

  3. Serve with your favorite fall crisps!
