Moon Rock Bread Pudding

Bread pudding meets chocolate for the ultimate dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack sweet rolls
  • melted white chocolate
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1.5 c cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 c mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Chop the rolls into chunks and bake in over for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

  2. Meanwhile, whist the eggs, milk, and vanilla together.

  3. In another bowl mix the sugar, cocoa powder, and salt together then combine with the wet ingredients

  4. Place the toasted bread chunks with the chocolate mixture and the mini chocolate chips in a dish, and bake for 30 min at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle white chocolate for a great taste!
