Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 2/3 cup milk evaporated
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin canned
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 12 oz white chocolate morsels
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup chopped pecans toasted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Stir together the first 6 ingredients in a 3 1/2-quart saucepan on medium-high. Cook while stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Keep cooking and stirring until a candy thermometer registers 234° (soft-ball stage), should take about 12 minutes.

  2. Remove the pan from the heat, and stir in everything else until it's all well blended. Quickly pour the mixture into a greased aluminum foil-lined 9-inch square pan (make sure to have the pan ready beforehand; you gotta pour the mixture before it hardens). Let it cool for about 2 hours, then cut the fudge into squares.
