Coffee Granita

Ingredients

  • 2 cups your favorite coffee
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk coffee, vanilla, and sugar together.
  2. Pour it into a freezer safe pan and freeze for 1 1/2 hours.
  3. Use a fork to stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up the ice into clumps.
  4. After 1 1/2 hours, break up the mixture again and pour the granita into a bowl. Freeze for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Scoop into a glass and top with whatever your heart desires.
  6. Serve and enjoy! :D
