Beer Steamed Clams

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle pale beer
  • 2 lbs clams scrubbed and washed
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Pour beer into a heavy-bottomed pot and bring to a simmer. Add clams, cover, and steam for 6-8 minutes.
  2. Throw away any unopened clams.

  3. Remove and garnish with lemon wedges.
  4. Serve and enjoy! :D
