Turn your regular salmon recipe into this delicious dish with a hint of Thai flavor.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then place the salmon on it.
Mix together the cilantro, the honey, the chile-garlic sauce, the soy sauce, the lime juice and zest, the rice vinegar, the fish sauce, the ginger, and the lemongrass in a small bowl.
Add a 3/4 spoon of the combined sauce over the salmon, then cover loosely with plastic wrap. Let it marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to an hour. Add water to the baking sheet (but not on the salmon, just around it).
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven until you can easily stick a fork or knife into the thickest part. Serve immediately with remaining sauce, and top with the three garnishes.
