Fresh Mango Lassi with Yogurt

A classic and refreshing Indian smoothie enjoyed in restaurants (or India) can now be easily enjoyed at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Ripe Mangoes If ripe mangoes are not available, substitute with canned mangoes.
  • 2 cups Plain Yogurt
  • 4 cups Ice Cubes
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tspn Crushed Cardamom

Instructions

  1. Separate the flesh of the mangoes from the peel and seed.

  2. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Serve and Enjoy!
