This delicious chicken and rice recipe will also fill up your house with an awesome aroma.
In a pot, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, rice, turmeric, chicken stock and salt to taste. Mix and bring to a simmer, cover and reduce heat to low until rice is tender. Turn off heat and fluff.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, coriander, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt and mix well. Heat a skillet on medium high, add the olive oil and then the chicken. Cook until the chicken is done.
On another skillet, add 1 tbsp of olive oil on medium high heat and cook the green beans, seasoning it with salt to taste.
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Mix well.
Serve the sauce on the side with the chicken, rice and green beans. Enjoy.
