A sweet, refreshing and healthy dessert everyone will love.
In a large bowl, combine the oranges and grapefruits. Cut pieces in half if too large to fit in one bite.
In a mixing bowl, add the coconut cream and aerate using a hand mixer. In another mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and whip with the hand mixer until it forms stiff peaks.
Fold in the coconut cream into the whipped cream. Add in the coconut sugar and continue folding.
Add the chopped pineapple to the oranges and grapefruits and mix well.
In a 12 cup trifle bowl or a serving bowl, line the bottom with a layer of the cubed cake and drizzle with a little citrus juice. Then place a layer of the fruit mix, top with coconut flakes and the cream. Repeat this so you have several layers of the cake, fruit, coconut flakes and the cream. Serve and enjoy!
