Wrap the hot dogs with the bacon strips.
Place a pan or skillet on medium high heat and place the wrapped hot dogs in the pan. Cook until both the bacon and hot dogs are done.
Break up hash browns in a mixing bowl.
Fry the four quail eggs your preferred way. Sunny-side up or over-easy for runny yolky goodness.
Place a wrapped hot dog in each bun and top with hash brown and cooked quail egg. Enjoy!
