If you've got a slow cooker or a crock pot, you can make delicious pulled pork with slaw.
In a large crock pot or slow cooker, combine the large onions, pork shoulder, ketchup, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, and mustard powder. Mix well. Cook on high for 5 to 6 hours, until the pork shreds easily.
Combine the onion, celery, carrots, and parsley. Mix well. Next add the mayo, sour cream, white wine vinegar, caster sugar, and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
