Enjoy this miso noodle soup on a rainy day for maximum eating pleasure.
In a small pot or sauce pan, saute the green onions, garlic and ginger in the sesame oil. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 8 minutes. Remove the garlic and ginger with a strainer.
In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, sambal oelek, pork and mix well. Form into bite sized meatballs.
Add the miso paste into the broth and drop the meatballs in. Cook for 6 minutes.
Add the soba noodles. Cook until warm and serve.
