Hawaiian Turkey Sliders

A delicious and light take on turkey sliders with some pineapple for extra zing.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 cup scallions chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 pineapple cored and sliced/canned
  • 1 red onion sliced

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, teriyaki sauce, scallions, and garlic. Make into 6 mini patties and grill the patties, pineapple and onion slices 2-3 minutes on each side.

  2. Toast the slider buns and slather with mayo. Place the patties, a pineapple slice and red onions on the patty. Top with Boston lettuce and place top bun on top to finish. Serve and enjoy.
