A delicious and light take on turkey sliders with some pineapple for extra zing.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, teriyaki sauce, scallions, and garlic. Make into 6 mini patties and grill the patties, pineapple and onion slices 2-3 minutes on each side.
Toast the slider buns and slather with mayo. Place the patties, a pineapple slice and red onions on the patty. Top with Boston lettuce and place top bun on top to finish. Serve and enjoy.
