Wrap the tortillas in tin foil and place it on a baking tray.
Combine the bell peppers, onion, shrimp, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and lime juice and mix well.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes.
Fill the tortillas with the shrimp and vegetable mix and top with your favorite fajita toppings (i.e. salsa, guacamole, cilantro, etc.) and serve.
