It's a popsicle, except it's fizzy and alcoholic! I'd call that an improvement.
In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberries and pineapple and roughly mash.
Pour in the ginger ale and mix well.
In six shooter glasses, add a lime wedge each and spoon the strawberry, pineapple mixture to the brim. Stick a popsicle stick in the middle of each and freeze for 8 hours.
Remove a frozen popsicle and stick inside a glass and pour in 6 oz of champagne.
