Slow Cooker Thai Green Curry
Enjoy the taste of Thailand at home with this easy green curry recipe.
- 5 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp mild Thai green curry paste
- 5 tbsp hot Thai green curry paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 300 g red pepper sliced
- 200 g green beans
- 1 chili sliced
- 400 g coconut milk
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper and brown on a greased skillet.
Place the chicken on the bottom of a slow cooker. Top with the curry paste, and soy sauce. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 hours.
Add the red pepper, green beans, chili, and coconut milk and cook for another 30 minutes.
Serve with Jasmine rice.
