You’ll Love These Light and Fluffy Baked Eggs For Breakfast

Fluffy egg whites, baked, not fried.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs separate yolk from egg whites
  • 1 slice cooked bacon chopped
  • 1/4 cup chives chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg whites in a chilled bowl until it turns into a foam with a stiff peak.

  2. fold in the chopped bacon, chives, and grated parmesan.

  3. Divide the egg whites into two and place on a baking sheet. Create a small bowl on top of the egg whites and bake for 3 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

  4. Place the egg yolks in the small bowl made on top of the baked egg whites and bake another 3 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
