Eggs In A Cloud
Fluffy egg whites, baked, not fried.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs separate yolk from egg whites
- 1 slice cooked bacon chopped
- 1/4 cup chives chopped
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
Instructions

Whisk the egg whites in a chilled bowl until it turns into a foam with a stiff peak.

fold in the chopped bacon, chives, and grated parmesan.

Divide the egg whites into two and place on a baking sheet. Create a small bowl on top of the egg whites and bake for 3 minutes at 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the egg yolks in the small bowl made on top of the baked egg whites and bake another 3 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
