Mussels in White Wine Pesto
The easiest way to enjoy a weeknight seafood feast.
Ingredients
- mussels 2 lb.
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup pesto
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Bring wine to boil in a saucepan.

Add mussels to steam, covered, until open- about 3-4 minutes.

Remove and throw away any mussels that don't open.

Now, stir in pesto and season with salt and pepper.

Toss, letting the flavors infuse for a few more minutes.
