Ingredients

Raspberry Jam

  • 2 cups raspberry
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tspn fresh lemon juice

Sliders

  • 1 package sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls 12 count
  • 1/4 lb roasted turkey slices
  • 1/4 lb honey ham slices
  • 1/4 lb grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, cook the raspberries over medium heat until they start to break apart and become fragrant. Add the sugar and continue to cook, stirring constantly, for 10-15 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice. Remove the pot from the heat and let the jam cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  2. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a baking sheet/tray.

  3. Slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally but making sure to leave the individual rolls connected. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Layer the turkey and ham on top. Make sure to fold the meat so it fits inside the individual squares of the rolls. Top with Swiss cheese.

  5. Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the top half of the rolls and place on top of the cheese layer. Press down lightly.

  6. In a small bowl, mix together the egg and melted butter and brush liberally on top of the rolls.

  7. Bake the sliders until the cheese is completely melted and the buns are toasted, approximately 25-30 minutes.

  8. Remove the sliders from oven and cool for about 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
