Delicious turkey, ham, and cheese sliders with sweet and moist Hawaiian rolls.
Ingredients
Raspberry Jam
- 2 cups raspberry
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tspn fresh lemon juice
Sliders
- 1 package sweet Hawaiian dinner rolls 12 count
- 1/4 lb roasted turkey slices
- 1/4 lb honey ham slices
- 1/4 lb grated Swiss cheese
- 1 large egg beaten
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
-
In a medium saucepan, cook the raspberries over medium heat until they start to break apart and become fragrant. Add the sugar and continue to cook, stirring constantly, for 10-15 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice. Remove the pot from the heat and let the jam cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
-
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a baking sheet/tray.
-
Slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally but making sure to leave the individual rolls connected. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Layer the turkey and ham on top. Make sure to fold the meat so it fits inside the individual squares of the rolls. Top with Swiss cheese.
-
Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the top half of the rolls and place on top of the cheese layer. Press down lightly.
-
In a small bowl, mix together the egg and melted butter and brush liberally on top of the rolls.
-
Bake the sliders until the cheese is completely melted and the buns are toasted, approximately 25-30 minutes.
-
Remove the sliders from oven and cool for about 10 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and dust lightly with powdered sugar.
