When you don't just want a mimosa, but a fancy mimosa.
- 1 slice lemon
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup blue Curaçao divided
- 1 bottle Champagne or Prosecco
- 2 cup lemonade divided
Place the sugar on a small plate. Moisten the rims of champagne flutes with the lemon slice, then dip them in the sugar to rim.
Divide the blue curacao evenly between each glass, then fill them halfway with with the champagne. Top each drink off with lemonade.
