Chocolate Cookie Crust Peanut Butter Pie
A sweet and creamy peanut butter pie with a chocolate crust.
- 24 chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz whipped cream
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cookie crumbs for garnish
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Place crushed cookies into a bowl and mix in the melted butter.
Place the crumbs into pie dish. Pat down to form a pie crust.
Bake 5 minutes to set.
Mix the cream cheese and peanut butter in a bowl until smooth.
Add the whipped cream and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
Pour mixture into pie crust and smooth out top.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
Sprinkle the top with more cookie crumbs for garnish.
