These crispy points go great with just about any dip.
- 12 pita bread pockets
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried chervil
Turn the oven up to 400 F.
Cut each piece of pita bread into 8 triangles, then place those on a lined baking sheet.
Combine the oil, pepper, salt, basil and chervil in a bowl. Brush each chip with that oil mixture.
Bake the chips for around 7 minutes. Keep an eye on them because they can burn very easily. When the chips are lightly browned and crispy, you're done.
