Bake Up a Tray of Deliciously Sweet Chicken!

Honey Mustard Chicken

With the sweet zing of honey mustard, nobody will be able to turn down this chicken.

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breast halves bone and skin removed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Turn the oven up to 350 F.

  2. Sprinkle the chicken with your preference of salt and pepper, then place them in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine the honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley, then mix 'em all up. Pour half of this mustard mix over the chicken. Use a brush to make sure all of the pieces have a nice, even coating.

  3. Bake the chicken in the oven for 30 minutes. Turn the pieces over and brush the other sides with the remaining mustard mix. Bake the chicken again for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. When the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear, it's done. Let them cool for 10 minutes, then serve with your favorite sides.
