Bite-Sized Caramel Goodness

Bite-Sized Caramel Goodness

Caramel apples are great. They’re sweet, tart, and represent fall in all of its flavors. But have you ever really tried to finish one of those things?

While they’re a nice concept filled with nostalgia and flavor, caramel apples are one of those things that sound better on paper than they are in real life. Grapes aren’t as representative of fall as apples are, but they’re surprisingly just as good, if not better.

By soaking the grapes in caramel vodka, you get more caramel flavor infused into the grapes, as well as a nice kick of alcohol that will bring out the best in the grapes and caramel. For kids, you can soak the grapes in sparkling cider or grape juice for added sweetness. Because these little morsels are small and bite sized, you don’t have to worry about getting an uneven ration of caramel to grape per bite- each bite is its own perfection.

If you’re not a fan of peanuts, pecans and almonds work just as well to eat this with. These caramel grapes are great for eating as a snack any time, or served as a party snack at your next event or gathering. The best part? grapes aren’t exclusive to just fall, and can be served year round regardless of occasion or time of the year!
