Everyone loves a Bloody Mary- it’s the best pick-me-up at a boozy brunch or breakfast. But in summer, sometimes it’s just not enough, and you crave something cooler and more refreshing. This Bloody Mary popsicle will cool you while you get your drink on when it’s too hot first thing in the morning. Make a large batch and impress all of your friends at your next summer brunch and you’ll be the toast-or popsicle raise- of your party!
In order to make these boozy pops, you’ll need all your typical Bloody Mary ingredients- two and a half cups of tomato juice, half a cup of vodka, a quarter cup of lemon juice, a tablespoon of dill, a tablespoon of horseradish, a bit of Old Bay seasoning, a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and ten dashes of hot sauce with some pepper to taste.
Apart from the Bloody Mary components, you’ll need some popsicle molds and a freezer. Once you mix all of your ingredients, distribute them evenly between your popsicle molds. Freeze your popsicles for at least four to five hours (tip: freeze them the night before so you can have them first thing in the morning), then they’re ready to go…enjoy!
