Boost Up Your Immune System with Ginger-Citrus Tea

Tea with Ginger-Citrus Ice Cubes

These detoxifying and immune-boosting ice cubes will turn your tea into a chill-fighting secret weapon!

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp grated ginger
  • 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 4 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 6 cups boiling water

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk ginger, lemon, honey, and water until it's all combined.

  2. Pour the mixture into a 4-slot ice cube mold. Leave it in the freezer for 2-3 hours (or overnight if you're not in a rush).

  3. Add 1 tea bag and 1.5 cups hot water to four tea cups. Steep the tea to your preferred strength. Add an ice cube to each and stir until it melts. Cover with a saucer and steep for 10 minutes, or until it becomes fragrant.
