- ½ cup milk
- 2 bananas mashed

- 1 quart vegetable oil for frying
- ½ cup confectioners' sugar
Combine the milk and bananas in a mixing bowl, sift in the flour, salt, and baking powder, then thoroughly mix in the eggs and margarine to complete the mixture.
Heat your veggie oil in a big skillet to 365 F.
Gently drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and let them fry until they turn brown. Flip the fritters over and let the other side brown. Take the fritters out of the oil and let them drain on paper towels. Give the fritters a light dusting with confectioners' sugar and serve while warm.
