Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk Ice Cubes
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Meat
- 1 Cup Canned Coconut Milk
- 1 Teaspoon of Honey
- 2 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 2 Tablespoons of Hemp Seeds
- Raspberries
- Strawberries
- Mangos
- Pineapples
- Kiwis
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
- Sprinkle of Fresh Mint
Instructions
- Place items (in order) into blender
- Blend on high until receiving a smooth texture
- Pour mixture into bowl
- Arrange fruits (in order) in an arc shape, starting with raspberries and ending with blackberries
- When done correctly, the top of the Smoothie Bowl will have the appearance of a rainbow
- Top with a dash of fresh mint
Notes
- Omit any fruits you don't like
- You can always change the base ingredient from coconut to whatever flavor you enjoy
