Chrissy Teigen's Dutch Baby Pancake Recipe

- Powdered Sugar (garnish)
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (sifted)
- Pancake Syrup
- 4 Large Eggs
- 4 tbsps Butter (melted, plus extra for serving)
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- Wild Berries (for garnish and taste)
Preheat oven to 475°F.
In a large mixing bowl add milk, melted butter, flour, salt, and eggs.
Blend with mixer until smooth.
Heat a cast-iron skillet and melt 2 tablespoons butter in the skillet on the stovetop.
Once butter is sizzling, pour the batter into the skillet, then place the skillet in the oven for 17 to 18 minutes.
After baking in the oven, remove the skillet and slather it in butter, dust with powdered sugar, drizzle maple syrup, and add berries as desired.
Let cool then serve and enjoy!
