Tangy, spicy chicken, perfect for a taco filling!
- 1 pound frozen skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
Place the chicken in the pot of your Instant Pot, then sprinkle all sides of it with the taco seasoning. Pour the salsa and broth on top of it.
Lock the Instant Pot lid, set it to Poultry, and set the timer for 15 minutes. When it finishes cooking, let the pressure release naturally for 20 minutes, then vent any remaining pressure. Shred the cooked chicken and serve in tacos, on sandwiches, or however else.
