Copycat Starbucks Turmeric Latte

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 3/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon plus more for garnish
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper optional
- 2 tbsp hot brewed espresso

Stir together almond milk, honey, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and, if you want a little kick, pepper, in a 2-cup glass measuring cup. Microwave it on high for a minute. With a milk frother, whisk the almond milk mixture until it turns frothy. Place the espresso in a glass, and top it with the almond milk mixture. Sprinkle it with cinnamon and serve immediately.
