Easy Microwave Steamed Salmon
Steamed salmon and vegetables. Lightly seasoned, but moist and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb salmon steak
- salt & pepper
- 1/4 onion sliced
- 1/4 carrot julienned
- 1/2 cup shimeji mushrooms
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions

Place the salmon steak in the middle of a large piece of parchment paper and season with salt & pepper.

Place the onion, carrot, and mushrooms on top of the salmon.

Drizzle the sake over the salmon and vegetables and top with the butter before folding up the parchment paper and sealing the contents in.

Place in a microwave safe bowl and cook for 4 minutes at 500 watts.

Add flavor with teriyaki sauce if preferred.
