Ginger Glazed Carrots
It's all in the sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb carrots
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1 3 inch piece ginger
- kosher salt
- pepper
Instructions

Peel carrots and remove the green tops.

In a skillet, heat carrot juice, ginger, salt, and pepper.

Add carrots, cover and simmer for 7-10 minutes.

When carrots are tender, stir in 2 tablespoons butter.

Cook 3-5 more minutes.
