Aquafaba Whiskey Sour
You don't have to be vegan to enjoy this dairy-free spin on the Aquafaba, but it helps.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp aquafaba drained chickpea liquid
- 5 oz whiskey
- 5 oz lemon juice
- 4 oz prepared simple syrup
- 4 maraschino cherries optional

Place the aquafaba in a cocktail shaker. Shake that thing vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds to aerate.

Add the whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker and fill it with ice. Resume that vigorous shaking for another minute.

Place a large square ice cube into 2 cocktail glasses. Strain the whiskey sour evenly between the 2 glasses and garnish them with cherries.
