Ingredients

  • 1 frozen pie shell slightly thawed
  • 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chopped, divided
  • 2 pints coffee ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Poke small holes in the pie shell then set to bake for 20-25 minutes. The pie should be a rich golden color. Set aside to cool completely.
  2. Melt half of the chocolate until smooth. Spread across the bottom of the pie shell and freeze until completely hardened.
  3. Spread thawed ice cream into the pie shell. Freeze for an hour.
  4. Melt the remaining chocolate until smooth. Drizzle all over the pie, creating designs if you wish. Freeze for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy! 😀
