Ingredients
- 1 (3-oz.) package blue Jell-O
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. vodka
- 1 1/2 c. whipped cream
- 12 Peeps marshmallows
Instructions
- In a large bowl or liquid measuring cup, combine blue Jell-O mix, boiling water and vodka. Whisk until combined. Pour into cups and place into refrigerator to set, 4 to 6 hours.
- When Jell-O shots are set, top with a dollop of whipped cream. Place a peep in the center of each shot and serve.
