Garlic Cheese Croutons

Who doesn't love a little extra crunch in their soup or salad?

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bread cubed
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Turn the oven up to 375 F.

  2. Put the bread cubes in a big bowl and drizzle them with melted butter, tossing them around to get an even coat. Spread the coated cubes onto a baking sheet.

  3. Bake the cubes in the preheated oven until they're crispy, 10 to 15 minutes.

  4. Mix the Parmesan, salt, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl and sprinkle that over the croutons, tossing again to coat them.
