Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning rub
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds boneless pork loin roast

Instructions

  1. Let the steak seasoning dissolve  in the balsamic, then stir in the olive oil. Place the pork into a resealable plastic bag, then pour the balsamic marinade over it. Squeeze all the air out and close the bag. Let the pork marinate for at least 2 hours, or leave it overnight.

  2. Turn the oven up to 350 F.

  3. Place the marinated pork into a glass baking dish along with the marinade. Bake the dish in the oven, making sure to occasionally baste until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 F. Should take about 1 hour. When it's done, let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
