Fried Ice Cream
Vanilla ice cream coated with crispy corn flakes and fried to perfection.

Ingredients
- 1.5 qt vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups corn flakes
- oil for frying
- chocolate syrup
- whipped cream
- cherries
Instructions

Preheat oil on medium-high heat.

Pour corn flakes onto a large plate and roughly crush.

Create a ball that will fit into the palm of your hands with the vanilla ice cream and coat with the crushed corn flakes.

Place coated ice cream balls gently into the heated oil and fry for about 10 seconds and then place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Garnish with chocolate syrup, whipped cream and cherries.
