Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tspn honey
- 1/2 tspn vanilla
- 1/4 tspn cinnamon
Instructions

Combine the rolled oats, shredded carrot, raisins, and 1/2 cup almond milk. Cover and refrigerate over night.

Combine the oatmeal, 1/2 cup almond milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon in a sauce pan over medium heat and stir until heated through. Garnish with crushed almonds and vanilla ice cream.
