Broiled Lobster Tail
Broil up that lobster tail for some truly tender seafood.
- 2 whole lobster tails
- ½ cup butter melted
- ½ teaspoon ground paprika
- salt to taste
- ground white pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges for garnish
Preheat your broiler.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and use a sharp knife or kitchen shears to cut the top side of the shells lengthwise. Gently pull the shells apart slightly, and season the inner meat with equal amounts of butter, paprika, salt, and white pepper.
Broil the tails for 5 to 10 minutes. You want them lightly browned with opaque meat. Garnish with lemon wedges to serve.
