Fried Chocolate Mochi Balls

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sweet rice flour
- 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 - 1 1/2 tspn chocolate chips
Instructions

Combine the rice flour, corn starch, and water in a mixing bowl and knead until it turns dough-like. Make dough-balls that will fit in your palm.

Use your thumb to create pockets into the dough ball and stuff with chocolate chips. Close the pocket and roll back into a ball.

Deep-fry mochi balls in cooking oil at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or medium-high heat until light golden brown.
