Steak Dinner
Forget the steakhouse, you can easily whip up this decadent meal in your kitchen.

Ingredients
- 2 hanger steaks 10 oz.
- small potatoes 2 lbs.
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- kosher salt
- black pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add the potatoes and cook for 10-12 minutes. Remove from water and set aside.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Place the potatoes in the pan in a single layer. Cook 8 minutes then flip and crisp the other side for 8 minutes. Top with Parmesan and melt for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Next, season your steak with salt and pepper.

Add the steak and sear for 5 minutes per side.

Remove from pan and thinly slice against the grain.
