Thai Peach Punch
A refreshing pitcher of Thai-inspired peach flavored cocktail.
- 12 oz peeled and sliced peaches
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 oz bourbon
- 1 cup club soda
Combine the sliced peaches, lemon juice, water, and honey in a blender. Process until smooth.
Pour mixture into 4 highball glasses filled with ice.
Add 1 oz. bourbon to each glass, and top with 1/4 cup club soda.
Stir until combined. Garnish with fresh Thai basil or sweet basil sprigs.
