Meatloaf
An easy dish that'll remind you of home (especially if you make it at home!).

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs cracker crumbs work too
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/3 cup ketchup

Crank the oven up to 350.

In a big bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and crumbs. Season that mixture with salt and pepper to taste. There's two ways to prep this for the oven: either place the mixture in a lightly greased 5x9 inch loaf pan, or you can form into a loaf by hand and place that in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup well. Pour that stuff over the meatloaf.

However you prep the loaf, bake it in the pre-heated oven for 1 hour.
