Why eat chips dry when you can dip them in tasty guacamole?

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados and take out the seeds. Scoop the pulp out and put it in a  bowl. Mash up the pulp with a fork, then stir in lemon juice, onion, salt, and olive oil. 

  2. Put a cover on the bowl, and let it chill in the fridge for an hour. Serve with your favorite chips.
